I have an ACL injury(anterior cruciate ligament) tear, which was confirmed by an MRI. I have asked several times to (it my doctor, but never received a definitive answer on whether the tear isbe partial or completecomplete; I was not told which. Now my)

My question is,: is it absolutelysurgery the only way to treat ACL tears? Is surgery necessary in order to have an operation. It is my rightregain full strength/function of the knee and am 30.?

I aman very active, and would like to return to sports like skiing, I play badminton everyday and I love hiking.
