TW: Explaining Studies showing the risks and harms of young pregnancy

xII am from Nigeria and there has been a problem with child marriage in some places and people are fighting back against it hard and all. However someone there said they believe its fine for very young girls 9-10 to be married and have kids if they hit puberty and are developed or finished with it. They said some girls look older at that age and its fine then.

However I saiddon't think that's not true as science has shown very young pregnancies are harmful at that age but that person said. Someone replied if a 9 year old has a 15 year old body they are biologically older and its not harmful.

This is utter nonsense so areAre there hard facts showing very young pregnancies at that age are harmful regardless of their appearance?
